  I have used Solopress for my business printing for over 4 years. I have had a few issues on orders over this time, but these have always been rectified to my satisfaction.
  
  On this occasion however, I placed a smaller than usual order of 250 prints; completely unaware that they use a different printer for prints of 250 or less (I usually order 1000+). The colours and quality do not match all our other stationary and are unusable. I have contacted customer services and simply been told they do not need to disclose their printing practices to me when I place an order and basically tough luck. No offer to re print or even attempt to keep my business! I am very disappointed to say the least.

  My solopress order was dealt with by Neil S, and Ryan P who were brilliant - very professional and good at explaining things despite me not having a clue about things like ‘bleed’ and ‘proofs’ etc, and being a bit of a grumpy customer! I submitted my order via email (rather than the website), as I wanted to create art prints using a specific type of iridescent card. I also received help over the phone - quick and easy communication directly with staff really helped. Solopress were very accommodating, easy to work with and the results were great. Staff attitude and professionalism really refreshing and the prints turned out beautifully. Also thought they were very reasonable price-wise. Great service thank you.
